Destino Grooming currently ships from Lancaster California to customers in the United States and select international destinations. Available shipping methods, prices, and any free-shipping threshold appear at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit estimates are shown at checkout and begin after an order ships. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact support@Destinogrooming.com immediately if a change is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we will contact you with a revised ship date and available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate. If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us at support@Destinogrooming.com within 7 days.
